"The healing process takes place more rapidly while you are asleep as there is no interference from your conscious mind."

no smoking    STOP SMOKING

For most people changing an ingrained habit (addiction) like smoking can be like torture. First comes the feelings of deprivation and all you're thinking about is smoking.  Then comes the need to "do something" which usually results in snacking or some other unwanted behavior.  And then to make things worse, you have to fight nicotine withdrawals such as moodiness and lack of concentration.  You become touchy and want to munch on everything.  Sometimes headaches and stomach cramps make you wish you had never stopped.  Moreover, your cigarettes have been a companion.  The loss of your companion can be an emotional experience much akin to grieving.

Most smokers start smoking between the ages of 12 and 20 when they have been brainwashed by advertising and peer pressure to believe that smoking is a glamorous and attractive behavior which will enhance and empower them as young men and women.  Because they believe this lie, they practice the noxious behavior of smoking, and through practice, bond their unconscious needs for self affirmation and comfort to the behavior of smoking.

A decade of smoking a pack a day represents 2 million puffs of a cigarette.  Hence, the mere behavior of lighting up a smoke after 2 million repetitions is very comforting.  Letting go of this psychological addiction is what makes giving up cigarettes so difficult.

This page will help you eliminate the smoking habit -- not because you have to (because you don't have to do anything) and not because someone else wants you to.  You will have to decide to do it for you and maybe it about time you do something for yourself.

I have taken all the reasons why a person really wants to quit smoking and turned them into positive therapeutic suggestions why they will quit smoking. Besides your health improving rapidly and the many wonderful physical benefits that you will receive, the most powerful inspiration and motivation for eliminating the smoking habit will be the personal pay-off.  The feeling of accomplishment that comes from being a non-smoker is unlike anything that you have experienced in your life.  Not only will you look better but you will have more stamina and endurance and you will be able to breathe more easily and freely.

You will enjoy the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you are a non-smoker!

antismoke Smoking cigarettes, is like holding up a LIGHTNING ROD during a severe electrical storm. It's just a matter of time.

If you want to smoke, that is your business.  If you want to stop smoking make the effort to quit. Have a conversation with a Power greater than us. Ask your doctor for a referral to a hypnotherapist with a proven track record. Or find one with extensive experience and training, not one with just a week end certification course.

Please Quit Smoking. If you are truly sincere about stopping, chose a date to begin. (Note: the "Quit Smoking," product has been removed from our order list. Through the years I have realized that the nicotine addition, particularly in today's cigarettes is too strong an addiction for our product to be effective. Our information remains as an effort to persuade readers to quit.
